• Proactively improved the team's AI-assisted frontend workflow by identifying the gaps between Figma design structure and reliable code generation. Researched AI-ready design systems, proposed a three-layer token architecture, and set up Claude Code skills, workflows, and agents that turn Figma designs into React components.
• Supported designers in adopting a more consistent design process, and collaborated with backend engineers on a custom Figma plugin that integrates brand tokens into the React monorepo as CSS variables — cutting UI component development from days to hours and reducing errors in AI-generated code.
• Developed product interfaces and features for an educational web platform for primary schools: a webshop and content pages on Next.js (App Router, Server Components), and the learning environment as a React SPA — with TypeScript, Redux, and Redux-Saga.
• Built reusable UI components for the shared design system — button, checkbox, switch, alert, input, and others — using MUI, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and Base UI, documented in Storybook.
• Implemented product UI such as product cards and filtering interfaces, with responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Researched internationalization approaches and implemented multilingual support for the application.
• Contributed to code reviews of both team and AI-generated code, and wrote unit tests with Vitest and end-to-end tests with Cypress to improve code quality. Collaborated across backend, infrastructure, and management teams.

• Was responsible for the development of frontend interfaces for healthcare platforms used in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units (NICU/PICU).
• Designed and implemented the frontend architecture for several Angular applications, translating Figma designs into scalable, responsive interfaces using TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Developed complex UI features including patient and camera monitoring dashboards, data tables, filtering interfaces, and multi-step forms/modals.
• Implemented real-time functionality such as camera status updates using Server-Sent Events and video communication using WebRTC.
• Built core application infrastructure including routing refactoring, dark/light mode, Dutch-English localization, and API integration (REST, Strapi).
